In the wake of the tragic mass shooting at the Kansas City Super Bowl parade, Taylor Swift made a generous donation to the family of Lisa Lopez-Galvan, the woman who was shot and killed at Wednesday’s rally. On Friday morning, Swift made two donations that amounted to $100,000 on the GoFundMe page set up for the family of the mother and radio DJ.

“Sending my deepest sympathies and condolences in the wake of your devastating loss. With love, Taylor Swift,” Swift wrote alongside her contribution. Swift’s rep confirmed to Variety that the payments were legitimate and came from the singer. The page was set up on Thursday with a $75,000 goal to provide “vital financial support” to Lopez-Galvan’s family. Upwards of 2,000 people have donated to the “Elizabeth Lopez-Galvan Memorial” fund, surpassing the goal with nearly $210,000 raised.

“This fund has been set up to benefit the family of Lisa Lopez-Galvan,” the page text reads. “Lisa was celebrating the Chiefs’ Super Bowl Victory parade when senselessly killed. She is survived by two children and her husband of 22 years. She was an amazing mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend to so many. We ask that you continue to keep her family in your prayers as we grieve the loss of her life. This fund will help provide vital financial support to her family as they process this unthinkable tragedy. Any amount is appreciated.”

On Wednesday, 23 people were wounded when shots were fired during the Chiefs victory parade. Lopez-Galvan, who was a co-host on the Latin music show Taste of Tejano on a local station, per The Kansas City Star, was the sole fatality. Her son, Marc Lopez-Galvan, who is in his 20s, was also shot but has since been released from the hospital. Her daughter, Adriana, was on the scene but was not injured. According to the police, two juveniles connected to the shooting have been detained.

Swift, of course, has been tied to the Chiefs since she began dating the team’s star tight end Travis Kelce last year. When not touring, the pop star has become a staple at the games, including at Sunday’s Super Bowl. The couple celebrated the team’s victory together at a club in Las Vegas.
