The mother of five, 46, who previously insisted she would never have facial surgery, is no stranger to going under the knife after having the procedure five times before.
Katie was pictured wearing a surgical gown and hair net, after a surgeon marked up the areas on her already surgically-enhanced face which would be tweaked.
After skipping her bankruptcy hearing over debts of £760,000, Katie revealed she was heading to Turkey for work on her face and teeth.
Despite insisting she would never have a face lift and could rely on Botox, Katie went back on her word undergoing a ‘silhouette’ face lift in 2017.
The procedure is designed to lift a sagging cheeks and blurred jawline, using ‘sutures’ implanted under the skin to sculpt features.
However, Katie was soon spotted with puffy features, revealing that she suffered an allergic reaction to anesthetic penicillin after having further work on her veneers.
Katie claimed her first face lift had been a botched job and went back under the knife the following year aged 40 to correct it.
She said at the time ‘I need to get my face re-corrected after surgeon has totally f**ked my face up’, admitting it had
He agent added: ‘She had the thread and it really quite distorted her look. She got a lot of backlash, a lot of negative press, a lot of trolling, everyone saying she’d taken it too far, when actually it was a job that had not gone to plan.’
Just a year later, Katie flew to Turkey for a ‘full body transformation.
The reality star opted for a face, eye and eyelid lift, Brazilian bum lift along with a tummy tuck and was sighted looking swollen after the trip.
However, just three months later she returned to the clinic for some alterations to her face lift, as well as another boob job at the same time.
In July 2021, pictures revealed by The Sun show the star looking swollen and puffy after undergoing six more procedures.
She has two black eyes, a bloody nose and hole all over her body, a close source to her revealed.
When questions were raised about why Katie had left the country and missed her hearing, she explained she was filming for a new documentary.
At a previous hearing, that she failed to attend, a judge said Katie risked arrest if she did not attend further court dates – adding that evidence must be provided if she could not appear.
But instead of attending the crucial hearing, Katie flew to Turkey with boyfriend JJ Slater to undergo the upcoming sugery.
While in Turkey, Katie was all smiles as she arrived at Dentica International in Istanbul to get her teeth done.
Dr Mark Solomos, a consultant plastic surgeon in London, told MailOnline that he does not believe Katie is ‘fit’ for surgery.
He said: ‘The first thing I want to say about Katie is that no responsible surgeon would or should perform surgery on her. Certainly if she’s unable to attend court due to her mental health, then that alone is an indicator that she is not fit for surgery.
‘The court case aside I would say no-one should be carrying out further work on her, she surpassed her limit for natural looking improvements and enhancements some time ago.
‘You can see the skin on her face is too tight already and certainly won’t benefit from a further facelift.
‘She has what we call Pixie ears; a complication that can occur after a facelift where the skin has been pulled too tightly during the procedure causing the lobes to look stretched/pulled down.
‘From the markings drawn on her face she looks set to have a comprehensive deep line facelift including a brow lift, neck lift and lip lift.
‘Possibly she’s having the pixie ears corrected with this deep line facelift- if done well it will take the pressure and tension off the ear and solve the problem.’
Dr Solomos noted Katie is ‘obviously’ not striving for a natural look but it is a ‘real concern’ that she has become addicted to going under the knife.
He added: ‘Katie also appears to be having fat injections on the side of her lip. Another area which she should be leaving well alone, or having revised.
‘The brow lift she definitely doesn’t need and should be refused. Her eyebrows already appear too high and pushing the boundaries of natural.
‘Obviously natural isn’t the look Katie is ever striving for and her cosmetic and plastic surgery is synonymous with her brand and publicity.
‘Publicity aside there’s a very real concern that she has an addiction to surgery and body dysmorphic disorder- all the more reason why surgeons should not be carrying out work on her.’
She is currently getting tweakments to her appearance despite failing to turn up at her £760,000 bankruptcy hearing on Tuesday.
Prior to the facelift, she was asked by Heat if her five children worry about her surgery habits and replied: ‘No, they’re fine.
‘I just think they’re used to me doing it. It’s the norm for them. I don’t even tell anyone now, not even my mum, because she just moans at me.
‘The kids are just like: “Oh, it’s just you, isn’t it, Mum?” Junior always says: “Mum, you’re beautiful, you don’t need anything. You’re stunning anyway.” But, they know that’s just me.’
Katie has five children: Harvey, 22, whose father is retired footballer Dwight Yorke, Junior, 19, and Princess Andre, 17, both of whom she shares with first husband Peter Andre, and Jett, 10, and Bunny Hayler, 9, from her third marriage to Kieran Hayler.
