Following the release of her comeback single Lady Gaga surprised fans in London with an impromptu performance

LADY Gaga made sure all eyes for on her as she surprised clubgoers in London with an impromptu performance of new single Perfect Illusion on Friday night.

The singer, who has topped the charts all round the world following the release on Friday, flashed her boobs and bum as she made her way into Moth Club.

Protecting her modesty somewhat, the 30-year-old covered her nipples with black tape while exposing major under-boob.

Lady Gaga’s comeback track  – written on a vintage typewriter with Aussie band TAME IMPALA – is already top of the iTunes chart in more than  60 countries.

Her album – out before the end of the year – has  been co-produced by MARK RONSON and features a duet with British singer FLORENCE WELCH.
