And on Friday, the 27-year-old singer proved she practices what she preaches when she was spotted wearing a cloth face mask during a CVS errand run in Calabasas.

Miley was joined by boyfriend Cody Simpson, 23, as they filled their cart to the brim with bags of essential goods.

The Hannah Montana star accessorized her errand run ensemble with some gold framed shades and a chain choker.

Miley’s bangs looked freshly trimmed as she continued to rock her bleach blonde mullet.

Following in Miley’s responsible footsteps, Cody wore a precautionary face mask of his own.

He completed his look with some black Nike basketball shorts and a pair of black sneakers with matching socks.

The Australian musician continued to sport the buzzcut Miley had given him back in April.

In a series of tweets sent to leaders in Ireland, the Netherlands, Spain, and Italy, Miley addressed the ‘disproportionate impact’ COVID-19 has had ‘on marginalized communities, especially communities of color.’

She thanked said leaders for showing their solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement in the United States and hoped they would show that same passion for their own citizens of color during these trying times.
