Stacey Solomon has said it’s the ‘end of something special’ as she struggled to speak directly to her fans and followers as she launched her final fashion range.

For several years, Stacey has been creating her own ranges with the Manchester-based online retailer In The Style and her first collection was released back in 2021.

Last week, the Loose Women star shared a picture of herself modelling some pieces from the new collection in a mirror selfie before writing a statement confirming she wouldn’t be working with In The Style going forward and that her latest drop would be her ‘last ever’

Sharing the post on her Instagram Story. Stacey wrote: “Today has been a wonderful but emotional day as I shot my LAST EVER collection for @inthestyle.”

The mum-of-five continued: “I have loved every single second of being able to design and create clothing with the most incredible team and literally bring my dream to life. Throughout this year I’ve thought a lot about work/family balance and things that have need to be prioritised.

“So I’ve decided to say goodbye to In The Style an other things that so that I can I’ve more of myself back to my family. In The Style has been a dream come true and I’m so grateful to have had such an incredible opportunity.

I’m so proud of everything we created and achieved from making garments out of off cut, using recycled materials, our sizing ranges and everything in between. It’s been a huge learning insight for me and a part of my career I’ll remember forever.

“We wanted to end on a high so this last collection has every bit of love we could possibly give it and it only felt right to end it in my favourite season. I can’t wait to show you soon.

Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for supporting our collections and showing them so much love. You have made this whole journey for me and I’ll never forget it and never take it for granted.”

Now, Stacey has shared a series of posts highlighting items from the collection as it launched on Tuesday (September 24). Ending her series of posts, as she was seen beaming in one of her cosy grey-scale jumpers, the mum-of-five said: “Thank you, I am forever grateful…”

She continued: “Thank you guys. Honestly, I don’t want to sound like a broken record but I’m truly so thankful for this dream experience I’ve been lucky enough to have.

I really am so lucky and privileged and I don’t take it for granted. I feel super emotional which is why I’m full of pictures today and not videos because it really does feel like the end of something truly special. But it’s definitely the right time to say goodbye! To the moon and back guys!”

It comes after Stacey was recently asked why this will be her last collection as she answered questions and showed different pieces from the range as she modelled it herself from her Pickle Cottage home.

“A few things have happened over this year and for us as a family it just feels right for me to let go and focus a bit more of myself on our family,” she said.

Stacey, who is married to husband Joe Swash, with whom she shares three children, as well as having two sons from previous relationships, continued: “It won’t just be In The Style, I have been re-thinking lots of things.

I feel so lucky and grateful to have been able to live our what I can only describe as my wildest dreams, and that’s such a huge privilege, one I’ll never take for granted and certainly never forget. But it’s time for a change and a new focus.”

Stacey then shared a snap of herself sporting a brown knitted two-piece and said: “”I just want to say, ahead of this launch on Tuesday… from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU.

You’ve shown me so much love and support with every single collection I’ve ever had the privilege of creating and I will forever be grateful.

“You’ve made this core memory with my and I would have had the chance to do this for 2 years if it wasn’t for you. Thank you for EVERYTHING. It really has been a dream come true.”
