In 2013, Taylor Swift reportedly paid a whooping $17.75 million in cash for an 11,000-square-foot house in Rhode Island.

Built on Watch Hill’s highest point, the eight-bedroom property known as High Watch or Holiday House has almost 700 feet of private oceanfront.

Situated on 5.23 acres, this mansion boasts 10 baths, eight fireplaces, and a large pool in the expansive backyard.

The 1929 mammoth house was famously owned by oil heiress Rebekah Harkness for more than 30 years before Swift received the keys.

Swift was influenced by Harkness even though she never had the opportunity to meet the socialite; in fact, Swift composed “The Last Great American Dynasty” on the extravagant lifestyle of the socialite.

In fact, Swift seemed to have taken some inspiration from Harkness, who was well-known for hosting parties reminiscent of The Great Gatsby, and continued her tradition by turning the hilltop house into the place to be on July Fourth.

The 34-year-old private pop star hasn’t posted many photos of the vacation home on social media, but a few of her A-list friends have provided sneak peeks inside the house by posting pictures from the extravagant celebration, dubbed as Taymerica, on their accounts.

Gigi Hadid, Joe Jonas, Martha Һunt, and other well-known pals of hers posted pictures from the exciting weekend to Instagram back in 2015.

Hadid posted two photos to social media: one of the three girls standing on a spiral staircase, and another of her having fun on a makeshift volleyball court in Swift’s garden.

Wearing identical red, white, and blue onesies, the trio was grinning as they relaxed against the white rod iron railing.

In the meantime, Martha shared other photos of the exterior of the house, featuring the pool area, which was furnished with a slide and inflatable toys, as well as the tiled patio with white lounge chairs.

For his part, Jonas shared a picture of himself and his brother Nick using Swift’s bar.

The space exuded a retro vibe thanks to a built-in cabinet filled with several trinkets, including a big “T” sign, and multiple bottles of different alcоhоlic beverages.

The suρer star’s white kitchen from the house has also been featured in pictures shared by a number of other acquaintances.

The kitchen features gray marble countertops, stainless steel equipment, and white cabinetry.

Naturally, Swift also seems to have a recording studio at home that she uses for entertaining.

High ceilings and a seemingly neutral color scheme dominate the living area, which also has white furniture, tan walls, oak hardwood flooring, and white crown molding.

A soft, yellow light fills the romantic area from vintage sconces that adorn several of the walls.

The “Anti-Hero” singer had a smaller celebration this past Fourth of July with her best friends Selena Gomez and the Haim sisters, after taking a few years off from the star-studded event.

Swift posted a few pictures from the low-key celebration online, featuring the kitchen and some of her interior design selections.

Swift chose monochromatic pictures of her friends and family that appear to be arranged along one of her hallway walls rather than ornate paintings.

Swift usually stays at her $50 million New York City property, leaving the Rhode Island House to her friends’ discretion, even though she has such an opulent retreat.
