Facing Nikola Jokic’s Serbia this Wednesday, Team USA was able to count on a great Stephen Curry to win largely (105-79).

Obviously satisfied with his copy, the star point guard was however very irritated by a small detail after the fact.

If anyone doubted it, he will definitely be a force to be reckoned with at the Paris Olympics. Somewhat clumsy in Team USA’s first two warm-up matches, Stephen Curry got his sights set on Wednesday against Serbia.

As a result, he accumulated no fewer than 24 points (8/13 shooting, 6/9 from 3-point range) in 21 minutes and positioned himself as the key architect of his team’s big win (105-79):

Upset, Steph Curry gets angry about… Kendrick Lamar

Back at his best in recent hours, Curry could have a smile on the court, just like his teammates.

On the other hand, it was in a rather annoyed tone that he spoke a few seconds after the final buzzer.

Not because of his performance or that of one of his teammates, but indeed… the song Not Like Us by Kendrick Lamar, broadcast in the speakers of the room:

Stephen Curry: I can’t stand this song! It’s not the only song in America!

LeBron James: I love it, but I admit it would be nice to change.

A real hit of the moment, Kendrick Lamar’s diss track about Drake accompanies the Americans on each of their trips. And clearly too much for Steph’s taste.

Although he is certainly a rap fan, the Chef nevertheless likes to vary his pleasures and not listen to the same song over and over again.

However, this is the “torture” he is currently undergoing and which is likely to continue all summer, unfortunately for him.

Unless his rant, which LeBron James even joined in despite his affection for the famous hit, makes its way to France in view of the Olympic Games.

Despite a welcome boost in his preparation for the Paris Olympics, Stephen Curry saw his evening somewhat spoiled by the broadcast of Not Like Us by Kendrick Lamar. A song that apparently has little chance of appearing in his playlist.
