Singer Jennifer Lopez arrived at actor Ben Affleck’s rented house last Sunday, after days of everyone going their separate ways.

According to Page Six , J.Lo stopped by her husband’s home in the Brentwood neighborhood, Los Angeles for about 5 hours and left at nearly 10 p.m. on August 11. Ben Affleck was said to be at home that day.

This is the first time Bennifer and his wife have been seen together after nearly two months of separation. Jennifer Lopez went to the East Coast of the United States to vacation with friends and her two stepchildren throughout July.

Meanwhile, Ben Affleck in Los Angeles focused on work and his three children. The Gone Girl actor did not attend J.Lo’s birthday party and they also did not celebrate two years of marriage last month.

While many sources revealed that Ben and J.Lo are about to file for divorce , the singer still cares about her husband’s three children. Before visiting Ben on Sunday afternoon, she took his son, 12-year-old Samuel, shopping at the mall.

The boy was seen hugging his stepmother closely and they chose clothes together for three hours. When leaving, Samuel carried a bag of Creed perfume.

A paparazzi asked Jennifer Lopez if she was shopping for Ben Affleck’s birthday this Thursday, and the singer just laughed.

J.Lo also drove her daughter Emme to actress Jennifer Garner’s house to visit Seraphine (daughter of Garner and Ben Affleck). The two teenage girls are as close as sisters, sharing the same tomboyish style.

People quoted a source as saying that Jennifer Lopez wants to spend time with her husband’s children before the new school year begins. “Just because she’s not with Ben doesn’t mean she no longer cares about his children. J.Lo always loves the kids,” the source said.

At the beginning of the summer, the On the Floor singer was seen attending a series of year-end events at Ben’s children’s school. She also took his eldest daughter, 18-year-old Violet, on private outings after she graduated from high school.
